Districts

Nümiverse is a megacity in a spaceship, with a diamond-shaped configuration, consisting of a series of districts, the number and configuration of which may become more complex and develop with the release of new seasons in the meta-universe.

Districts are the largest spaces in Nümiverse and have stylistic themes. Buildings with lands and hub apartments can be located in the district. Custom-made banners or holographic and advertising sculptures can be placed in the space between the districts and can be rented out.

Buildings and Lands

Buildings have a decorative function and are a visual element of the city, while also being the location of lands. The land is an open space located on building roofs or the upper surfaces of real estate objects.

Land plots are limited NFT objects that can be purchased through the NFT marketplace in Nümi Club. The same NFT land can have a representation of varying sizes in Nümiverse and have its own set of visual settings and objects. The NFT owner can rent out the land, resell it, and build various structures, shops, apartments, media spaces, etc. on it.

The landowner (or landlord) can earn money in Nümiverse in several ways. On the one hand, they can improve their plot by placing advertising, games, museums, shops, or concert venues and trade various goods there (directly or through the marketplace). On the other hand, they can receive passive income from all the district's revenue proportionate to the size of the land they have acquired, regardless of their activity. The district's revenue is generated from all monetization passing through the district's users: purchases of items, outfits, loot boxes, apartments, pets, game passes, tickets for streams and concerts, etc.

Thus, the landlord is not just buying land plots (or rights to instances), but also a share of the district's income and it is in their interest to influence the placement of activities in the district, as their own income will depend on it.

Hubs

Each district has a hub, where apartments for living and themed areas are located. It is also a key gathering place for players and various recreational events. The hub has zones with activities, various rooms with content, and portals for quick movement. For example, the hub may have the following zones:

  • Commercial - for viewing brands and their products that can be bought.
  • Gaming - for access to gaming machines, car or flight simulators, and rhythm games (such as a dance battle).
  • Sports - for playing mini-golf, chess, ping-pong, basketball, etc.
  • Relaxation - for changing the pace of activity to a more relaxed one (art spaces, NFT galleries, museums, a hall of fame with holograms of players and their achievements, etc.).

Players can also attend periodic events (during which additional mechanics are activated) or events (stand-up, quiz, movie, etc.).

Apartments

Another important part of the hub is the apartments. Apartments are user-linked locations that serve as a starting point when entering Nümiverse. They can be in the form of simple studios or multi-level penthouses and can be given to the player for free, purchased using in-game currency, or exist as a limited number of NFTs that can only be purchased through the NFT marketplace for Nümi tokens.

At the start of the game, the player receives free apartments in a random district. Then they can buy a more expensive housing option, customize its interior, add instance locations, stream, watch TV, listen to music, carry out various social and gaming activities, or participate in them themselves. If the apartment owner is home, they can invite someone over (each apartment has its own guest limit).
