Metaverse Map
Metaverse Map is another component of the Nümi Club, which represents the available and already purchased real estate on a map and can be used to view detailed information (passports) about the objects, as well as to search for current activities in the Nümiverse.
With the help of the Metaverse Map, users can explore both the entire metropolis and its individual parts, immediately buy, sell, or rent real estate, evaluate and compare objects with each other, place advertisements, or move to the desired locations.

Navigation and Object Passports
The Metaverse Map offers a birds-eye view of the virtual city, allowing users to navigate through its various lands, hubs, and properties, and take in all its details and offerings.
Lands, hubs, and banners have their own cards/passports containing a description of the basic properties (for example, coordinates, plot size, apartment features) and user-configurable fields. The passport of the object allows analyzing information about the object and making timely decisions about management, purchase, sale, and rental.
To navigate the apartments in the hub, the user can use a special panel (billboard) with a set of filters, recommended for visiting apartments or apartments where guests are expected. Such a rating is a kind of billboard of the most popular places to visit in the apartment hub.
Instances and Prefabricated Objects
Each plot of land represents an NFT object that can have a representation in the form of instances of different sizes in the Nümiverse. The user can expand the size of the instance after purchasing the NFT, which provides an additional dimension for the development of landholdings and reduces the threshold for entry.
The configuration of the instance (the set of objects and design settings included in it) is independent of the NFT plot itself and can be created and traded separately as a prefab (or preset).
The landholder can buy the NFT plot and fill the corresponding instance in the Nümiverse with content of their choice: create a unique interior, objects, and games using the capabilities of the Nümi Editor. On the other hand, the landholder can also, for example, expand the instance to the desired size (for an additional fee), select a ready-made prefab for it on the marketplace and not spend time creating content themselves. In both cases, the landholder can receive a percentage of the income from player interaction with the content in the instance (in the Nümiverse).
Buying and selling objects
In Nümiverse, you can buy and sell property through object passports. Before the first purchase, the cost of the property depends on various factors like its class (standard+, luxury, and penthouse), location, size, and prefab, among others. When you put your property up for sale, you can set your own price.
Analytics
The Metaverse map is also part of the game's overall analytical system, which helps monitor object visits, analyze user behavior, and audience analysis. This information is used to plan object development, expand their functional capabilities, and evaluate property prices.
The player's social ranking system is also taken into account when evaluating prices. The most active Nümiverse players generate more content and currency turnover. These players can become a quality marker of the areas they frequent. This way, the social ranking transforms into a rating of the area and its property, affecting its value.
