Economy
The economy of Nümi enables different participants of the ecosystem to interact with each other through the creation of content, investment, gameplay mechanics, and various buying and selling scenarios for in-game or custom (NFT) inventory.
Assets in Nümi include both blockchain-based (NÜMI and CF tokens, NFT assets) and non-blockchain-based assets, such as software currency (e.g. influence points) and non-NFT in-game inventory.
Currencies
Nümi has a number of non-blockchain-based software currencies. They can be used for basic commodity-money relationships (for non-NFT items), as well as rewards in games and activities.
The use of software currencies is necessary to create a sustainable economic model in which a player can acquire non-NFT items through accumulation of value through games and activities.
An example of a software currency is influence points (IPs), which stimulate social interactions across the Nümi Ecosystem. This currency can be earned for specific activities, such as streaming, playing games, completing seasonal quests, and activities from influencers. Influence Points may be used in different games across Nümi Ecosystem, to purchase specific categories of goods and services.
Tokens
The Nümi ecosystem operates two blockchain-powered types of tokens: NÜMI Shards and CF tokens.
NÜMI Shard is a TIP-3 standard utility token on the Venom blockchain with a maximum supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens. It is used in the Nümi Club for investing in content creators through crowdfunding, for distributing profits from the project, and for trading NFT assets, lands, and apartments as NFTs. A small commission in NÜMI tokens from NFT sales on the marketplace and crowdfunding campaigns goes to the Nümi Treasury.
Crowdfunding (CF) tokens are tokens used to determine the investor's share of the revenue (revenue share) when selling NFTs created as part of the crowdfunding project. CF tokens are a slightly modified version of the TIP-3 standard, with the addition of revenue share logic.
Content
The content with which the user can interact in Nümi can be either in the form of regular non-NFT objects or in the form of NFT assets.
Non-NFT objects are various base items in the Nümiverse, such as equipment and gear (hats, shoes, etc.), interior items in apartments (chairs, beds, etc.), crafts, resources, standard-class apartments, and payment for services from other users.
NFT assets, on the other hand, represent various unique (in limited quantities) assets that have applications in the Nümi ecosystem. Such items can be purchased through the marketplace and used in the Nümiverse, just like regular items. When using NFT assets in the Nümiverse, the user interacts with its representation, not with the NFT itself.
For example, a player can buy a "regular" table (not NFT) for their apartments using soft tokens through the Nümiverse store, or buy an exclusive NFT chair for streaming through the Nümi Club marketplace using NÜMI Shards and place it in their apartments. Assets of various kinds can also be obtained through loot boxes.
NFTs created can be both single (one of a kind) and multiple. They can be bought or sold through the marketplace, obtained through an airdrop, or even as part of an NFT collection given to investors in Nümi Crowdfunding. In addition, NFT assets are cross-platform and may have applications in other partner game-fi projects.
